Won the New Covey Cover award for Most Eye-Catching Cover

I got held up posting the previous one from last month so they kind of colided, hence two award posts in a row. But I won the ‘New Covey Cover Award for ‘Most Eye-Catching Cover’, for my cover design for ‘Kiss of Life’. Thanks go to  Philip Burne-Jones, (1897) for the source material. I am a composite imager so I work with whatever I can get my hands on. When Brian pointed me in the direction of that image I knew we were on to something. The finished thing does look pretty stunning. Even Brian, who is used to me performing small graphical miracles on a regular basis, praised it. Most artistic cover award

YAY! I’ve picked up an award!

What else is there to say really? It seems the video Brian, Mario and I did for his book, ‘A Study in Red: The Secret Journal of Jack the Ripper’, and the upcoming film, has picked up last months New Covey Trailer Award for Most Intriguing Trailer.
